Diamond Mother of Pearl and Enamel Locket. Rose colour locket with the hallmarks for the former Austro-Hungarian Empire (1872 – 1922), showing a fineness of gold of 580/1000.
The locket is set to the front with a four leaf clover – an old cut diamond set to each leaf. The clover sits on a Mother of Pearl base and is surrounded by a white enamel border.
Inside the locket, which opens from the top, there is space for one photograph, held in place with the original shaped glass and frame.
The reverse of the locket is plain polished.
